A. No, our gift cards do not expire.

Q. Do you offer net payment terms?
A. We do not offer payment terms of any kind. We do require payment be made up front, using a credit card or company check.

Q. Can we return unused gift cards?
A. No, we will not refund any unused gift cards. We encourage you only order what you plan on distributing in a timely manner.

Q. Do you replace or refund lost or stolen gift cards?
A. No, once the gift cards are received accurately and undamaged by the purchasing party, we will not replace or refund lost or stolen cards. This includes any cards that are lost in transit from the purchasing party to the end user. Gift cards are treated same as cash.

Q. What is your turnaround time to receive our order?
A. We can generally turn your order around within 48-72 business hours, upon receipt of payment.

Q. Are there any shipping charges for bulk gift card orders?
A. Gift cards are sent via United States Postal Service First Class and addressed to the shipping address provided

A. The use of Broadway Grill names, logos and trademarks requires written approval from Broadway Grill. In addition, written approval is required from Broadway Grill, Inc. to advertise our gift cards.

Q. Do you allow co-branding on gift cards?
A. Currently, we do not offer any co-branding opportunities. Generally, companies with this type of request simply utilize their own gift card packaging to incorporate other company logos or information. However, the gift card itself is branded with our restaurant logos.
